Ken Ouimet, PhD

Ken Ouimet is the Chair of Strategic Planning and Founder of Engage3 and is credited with creating the retail revenue management and price optimization market. His first company, Khimetrics, led the industry for almost a decade before being successfully acquired by SAP in 2006. Engage3 is once again pioneering the next big thing in retail business models in the era.

Ken literally grew up in the business starting as a 7 year-old auditing in-store prices while working for his parent’s business, Comparative Prices International. Ken earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis (where he received the 2018 Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award) and went on to UC Santa Barbara to pursue his PhD work in Chemical Engineering and Theoretical Physics. While studying Statistical Physics he realized he could utilize these same principles to model retail markets and optimize retail pricing decisions. With his unique perspective and insight, Ken applied statistical physics to create an entirely new approach. Ken served on the Board of Directors of Revionics between 2007-2011 and as Chief Scientist & VP of Innovations at SAP AG between 2006-2007.

Tim Ouimet is a Founder and Board Member at Engage3 and is a recognized industry innovator in retail pricing strategies. Tim and his brother Ken founded Khimetrics in 1997 to help retailers forecast sales and optimize pricing and promotional decisions. Khimetrics provided the highest value point solution on the market and helped retailers roughly double their net profits. Fortune magazine listed Khimetrics as one of the 25 break-out innovative companies. Inc magazine listed Khimetrics as one of the fastest growing companies 2 years in a row, before Khimetrics was acquired by SAP in 2006. Tim served on the Board of Advisors of Rivalwatch between 2008-2012.
Edris Bemanian

Edris Bemanian is the Chief Executive Officer of Engage3. Edris is a retail marketing expert and a multi-faceted entrepreneurial leader with a passion for start-ups, technology, retail, and consumer marketing.

Edris is a panelist, contributor, and domain expert with Brick Meets Click, an organization dedicated to exploring and understanding how technology impacts consumers and what the implications are for retailers, manufacturers, and service providers. Edris also serves as a Business Mentor at UC Davis and UC Berkeley and as an Advisory Council Member for California State University, Chico.

Prior to Engage3, he led initiatives across companies including Sodexo, Andnowuknow.com, and Mercado Software. He also founded entrepreneurship programs that were incorporated into the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Edris is a recipient of Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.
Edris earned dual degrees in Economics and Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from UC Davis.

Chris Sayer

Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager, Brands - London Office Leader

Chris is a proven sales leader and Go-To-Market expert with 25+ years’ experience in driving high growth SaaS and technology businesses.

As CRO at Engage3, Chris is focused on satisfying customers’ needs through a growing Enterprise Sales Team and Account Management function with a view to develop trusted partnerships with some of World’s leading brands and retailers.

Before joining Engage3 Chris worked at Cisco, Vodafone, IBM and WPP in Senior Sales, Marketing, and GTM roles as well as played a significant part in several start-ups and management consultancy firms.

Chris studied International Business Studies at Greenwich University in London.

Anup Doshi

Anup Doshi, PhD

Chief Technology Officer

Anup has a deep enthusiasm for leading cross-functional teams to extract and deploy actionable, predictive insights from data. He has a track record of developing innovative solutions from conception to delivery, in support of highly predictive user experiences across industries including retail, manufacturing, cyber-physical security, automotive, and finance. Prior to Engage3, Anup served as Senior Scientist at Opera Solutions where he led development of analytic products with a focus on unstructured text mining, social media analytics, anomaly detection, and behavior prediction. He previously worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher at UC San Diego where he led collaborations with industry partners to deploy intelligent human-computer safety systems based on prediction of driver behaviors. Anup has published over 25 peer-reviewed papers in the fields of human behavior analysis, intent prediction, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. Anup holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Signal and Image Processing) from UC San Diego and an Integrated MS and BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Adi Gulati, MBA

CFO

Adi Gulati is a well-rounded and seasoned executor and operational leader. He joins Engage3 from MasterClass where he served as the Chief of Staff to the MasterClass at Work team. Adi propelled the fastest growing division of the company and scaled its revenue 4x. Prior to MasterClass, Adi was an Investment Banker at Moelis & Company and executed on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across E-Commerce, Media, and Insurance verticals. He began his career leading implementations for Box, Inc.'s largest Media and Entertainment clients including various sports leagues, film studios, and casino/hotel companies.

Adi received his B.S. in Applied Mathematics and B.A. in Economics from UCLA, and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mary Bunting

Sr. Controller - Scottsdale Office Leader

Mary is our resident finance and accounting expert. In addition to her 10+ years with Engage3, she also led strategic finance and accounting initiatives at KhiMetrics—our founders’ prior price optimization company. Prior to Engage3, Mary held finance roles with start-ups like Innovative Brands and companies like West Law Publishing and Cargill in the Financial Markets Division.

Mary graduated from the College of St. Catherine’s in St. Paul, Minnesota with a B.A. in Accounting.

Helena Cisneros

Helena Cisneros

Sr. VP of Data Operations & Mentorship - Davis Office Leader

Helena is a retail industry expert in competitive pricing operations and customer success. Her background in retail management, including ten years at Target, provided Helena with insight into customer relations, store services, signage, planograms, price changes and vendor relations. Helena moved into retail data management with Comparative Prices International (CPI) beginning as an in-store professional auditor. She joined Engage3 as part of the acquisition of CPI in 2012. With more than 15 years of experience between CPI and Engage3, Helena is responsible for all in-store pricing data operations while maintaining the company’s lofty set of service standards for clients and partners both old and new.

Bryan Courtney- Bennett

Chief Growth Officer

Bryan is Dexi’s SVP of Global Sales, managing new business acquisition, compensation, recruitment, process implementation and tooling. Bryan brings with him a wealth of experience working in SaaS Sales for 20 years. Over the last 4 years, Bryan has built and executed go-to-market strategies for enterprise sales teams to succeed in selling Data-as-a-Service & digital shelf data into both retailers and brand manufacturers.

Bryan brings with him vast experience in P&L management, merger and acquisitions, commercial product management, customer success and client growth from his time with Edge by Ascential, NCC Group, Site Confidence, Datalex PLC, Seagate, and Intel.

Bryan is an active executive member of Pavilion where he recently received formal CRO training. Bryan studied Electronics Control Systems at Technological University Dublin.

Heather Houston

VP of People Operations

Heather Houston has led Customer Success, Sales, and Operations in big data companies for the last 10 years during her time with both Dexi and Mozenda.

Heather is passionate about creating a positive and impactful experience for Engage3’s customers and employees and realizes that both are key to making the company successful.

Heather has developed a breadth of expertise that touches almost every aspect of the Engage3 organization.

Candace Simpson, MBA

Senior Vice President of Customer Success

Candace Simpson, MBA brings 15+ years of highly relevant experience across analytics, product, and operations with NielsenIQ and Nielsen to her new role as Vice President of Customer Success as Engage3 more than doubled its customer count in 2021. Simpson’s US Analytics team at NielsenIQ achieved high double-digit growth while achieving 99%+ on-time delivery, 95%+ quality rating, and 100% client retention during her tenure. While with Nielsen, her responsibilities included leading operations in North America, operating the Nielsen Store Observations business and serving as the delivery leader for the US Analytics Practice Area.

Morten Franck, M.S.

Global VP of Engineering

Morten's 20+ year experience in software development makes him the perfect choice as the Global VP of Engineering.

Having done everything from software development and architecture to Scrum Master and Product Owner as well as technical project manager and VP roles, Morten understands software development in all of its aspects: the technical and the people side.

His background as a contractor in major enterprises, e.g. in the financial and health sectors, combined with a solid experience in the startup world, allows him to add just the right amount of structure and process at just the right time.

Morten completed his Masters in Computer Science at the IT University of Copenhagen and received his B.S. from Roskilde University in Denmark.

Ilir Halilaj

Senior Vice President of Delivery

Ilir has 15+ years of experience providing managerial expertise across a broad range of sectors including big data, infrastructure development, and economic development.

Prior to his current role at Engage3, Ilir served as the VP of Delivery with Dexi where he oversaw a 70+ team. Prior to Dexi, Ilir led the regional programming initiatives of the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. As the Deputy Minister of agriculture for the government of Albania, he oversaw the development of new policies and strategic assessments tackling agricultural subsidies, disaster recovery, and preparedness and climate change mitigation.

As the Director of Finance and Administration for the Albanian American Development Foundation ($250M initiative), Ilir developed and oversaw the implementation of a 5-year strategy in key selectors including entrepreneurship. His experience also includes serving in corporate treasury and internal auditing for various corporations in New York.

Ilir received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance and B.A. in Economics from State University of New York at New Paltz.

David Thompson

David Thompson is the Founder and CEO at 3 Leaps, LLC and previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer with Revionics for 7+ years. Prior to that, Dave served as CTO of Performance Retail, Inc.

David is a technology-focused leader with 30+ years experience in the specification, architecture, design, and delivery of complex, data-driven systems serving highly transactional businesses.

As a veteran leader and innovator of world-class decision support and analytics systems, David has worked with some of the largest enterprises in the world across multiple industries, including retail, entertainment, telecommunications and IT services. He has managed the product and technology portfolios across the transactional business ecosystem, with solutions spanning decision modeling, business intelligence, process optimization, fulfillment, back-office, POS, and payment processing systems.

Henrik Hofmeister

Strategic Advisor, Technology & Dexi Operations

Henrik has been a tech entrepreneur since the age of 22. Prior to Engage3, Henrik Co-Founded and served as Chief Innovation Officer of Dexi 10 years ago, during which time he scaled the team from 0 to 130+ and led the company to their position as data extraction market leader.

Henrik’s experience includes leading software development teams at TradeShift, Copenhagen Shipping Exchange, and Jubii A/S. Henrik also previously Co-Founded travel price-comparison innovator, Safiri ApS.

Henrik enjoys tackling the most complex big data extraction and AI challenges he can find.

Matthew J. Safaii

Board Member

Matthew is the founder of Arrowroot Capital. He is also the Managing Partner, member of its investment committee, and CEO of Arrowroot Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Arrowroot Capital. His primary responsibilities include overseeing Arrowroot Capital, investment professionals and the Strategic Resources Group, as well as qualifying deals, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Matthew has worked at several private equity firms in the US and Europe. He is also an entrepreneur. His deal and board experience is concentrated in growth equity investments, but also has experience in leveraged buyouts and restructuring. Before founding Arrowroot Capital, Matthew was a Managing Director and Head of the Acquisitions Team at Actua Corp. While at Actua, Matthew was a lead or active investor and board member of several companies including MSDSonline, Parchment, Instamed, and InvestorForce. He was also an investment committee member of Rittenhouse Ventures, an early stage VC based in Philadelphia. Prior to Actua, Matthew worked in the technology group at TA Associates in the Boston and London offices. During his tenure, Matthew was an active investor, including board meeting attendance with: Creditex, Smartstream Technologies and OpenLink Financial. Prior to TA Associates, Matthew worked at Platinum Equity in Los Angeles, where he was involved with Platinum’s investment in Broadspire Services. Matthew was also the co-founder of Quewey, a digital media company based in Philadelphia. Matthew was awarded "Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors" in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 and was also awarded “Top 25 Software Investor” for 2020.

Matthew currently sits on the board of MedNet, Cygilant, Zift Solutions, HammerTech, Hookit, BryterCX, and SnapLogic.

itzhak fisher

Itzhak Fisher

Itzhak leverages over three decades of mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings experience, as an entrepreneur, investment manager and acquirer. As the former executive vice president of Global Business Development for Nielsen (until 2014), he was responsible for strategic business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions that enhanced Nielsen’s capabilities. Itzhak deployed over $3 billion of investments for Nielsen, in over 30 ventures, ranging in size from $500,000 investments to over $1.3 billion, and serves as an advisor to Nielsen.

Prior to joining Nielsen, Itzhak executed multiple start-up-to sale successes. He was co-founder and chairman of Trendum, a leader in Internet search and linguistic analysis technologies. In 2005, he led Trendum’s acquisition of BuzzMetrics, an online word-of-mouth research leader, and negotiated its 2006 acquisition of Intelliseek. Itzhak served as chairman of the combined entity, BuzzMetrics,which was subsequently acquired by Nielsen in 2007 at a $110 million valuation. Following the acquisition, Itzhak served as the Chairman of Nielsen BuzzMetrics, the Executive Vice President of Global Product Leadership and the Executive Chairman of Nielsen’s Online division.

Christopher Lai

Christopher Lai is a seasoned venture capital investor with over a decade of experience in technology investment and venture building. He co-founded The March Group and leads all investments at the firm; and is active as a board member working closely with The March Group portfolio companies.

Chris is a recognized thought leader in VC/PE (Forbes 30 under 30 Asia, Trusted Insight Top 30 Family Office Rising Stars) and is a founding VC member and mentor of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Advanced Venture Capital course.

Prior to The March Group, Chris was the Director of Consumer and Retail Technologies at Horizons Ventures, the private investment arm of Mr. Li Ka Shing, and invested across the technology landscape globally and led investment in the US, Canada, Israel, France and China. He previously served as a member of the Board of Director at Agua Brands, Algama, Apollonia Health, Endless West, Bevi, Celsius (NASDAQ:CELH; as co-Chairman), Perfect Day, and QiFeng.

A Hong Kong native, Chris studied and worked extensively abroad spanning corporate finance and M&A (at Mooreland Partners – now part of Stifel Financial Corp. NYSE:SF), and biotech corporate and business development (at IRX Therapeutics - acquired by Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics). He holds B.A. degrees in Neuroscience and Behavior, Genetics, and Economics from Columbia University.

Ana Quintana

Ana is Managing Partner at Black Diamond Ventures, she brings over twenty years of experience in venture capital, startup, and investment operations. Coupled with generations of entrepreneurial foresight and the ability to recognize early growth opportunities, Ana is passionate about diving into new ventures. Throughout the funding process, from evaluating deals to working directly with portfolio companies, Ana drives BDV's initiatives forward.

True to BDV’s founding principles, Ana works one-on-one with portfolio companies, providing tactical support on communications, capital raising, and marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on Medical Devices, Mobile Applications, and Big Data. Her ability to cultivate valuable relationships is essential to the success of both portfolio companies and investors.

Ana currently sits on the board of MuMo and is a board observer for several of BDV's portfolio companies. Ana is also active in the community as a Committee Member for Glendale Tech Week and is a founding member of SHE Ventures in Tech – a group that offers entrepreneurial support to female founders.

Harold Schmitz, PhD

Board Member

Harold is a Co-Founder and General Partner in The March Group, and a Senior Scholar in the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis. He advises the BioInnovation Institute established by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and to the AI Institute for Next-Generation Food Systems co-funded by the United States Department of Agriculture and the National Science Foundation.

Harold gained domain expertise in the global food industry via 25 years with Mars, Incorporated, including as the company’s Chief Science Officer.

Harold’s experiences enable unique visibility to world-class inventors, innovators, and companies defining the role of food in the new economy of health.

Doug Bewsher

Board Member

Doug Bewsher is an Executive in Residence at ArrowRoot Capital. He is passionate about how data and AI are transforming Sales & Marketing, and has managed and invested in some of the most influential companies driving this transformation.

Over the last 25 years, Doug led multiple innovative marketing technology and services companies. Most recently as CEO of Leadspace he pioneered the Customer Data Platform (CDP) category and built the leading B2B focused CDP. Previously he was CMO for Salesforce.com, leading marketing activities worldwide, CMO of Skype through its sale to Microsoft, ran the San Francisco office of Digitas, the first full service digital agency, and co-led McKinsey’s CRM practice. He also currently serves as board member for Limelight Networks (NASDAQ: LLNW), and is an advisor to several early stage SaaS companies.

Doug holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD, and a Masters in Physics from Oxford University. He currently lives in San Francisco.

Doug Degn

Doug Degn brings 32 years of experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and pharmacy. During his 24 years with Walmart, he built deep relationships with senior executives across a wide range of companies (CPG, electronics, food, consumables, general merchandise) and helped Walmart gain access to the vast resources within the supplier community. Mr. Degn is routinely engaged in retail/supplier consulting and advises many CPG companies. He retired as executive vice president of food, consumables, and hardlines merchandising for Walmart in 2007. He began his career at Walmart in 1983 as a pharmacist and held leadership positions in pharmacy operations and systems, specialty groups and merchandising. Mr. Degn served on Walmart’s executive committee from 2000 until his retirement. He received the prestigious Sam M. Walton Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1997 while at Walmart. The recipient of this award is chosen by the Walton Family and the award is the highest recognition given in the company. The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate the entrepreneurial skills that Sam Walton demonstrated throughout his life.

Chris Ladd is a Managing Director at NewRoad Capital Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process and post-investment operations of portfolio companies for the firm’s venture capital fund (New Road Ventures) and its growth equity fund in partnership with Los-Angeles-based Kayne Anderson (Kayne NewRoad Ventures Fund II). Prior to joining NewRoad Capital Partners, he was part of Walmart’s Corporate Development and Strategy teams, focusing on e-commerce acquisitions and strategic initiatives and the CFO/CIO of a Walmart-led investment fund. Rob Culin

Rob Culin is the Advisor of Business Development & Personalization at Engage3. Over the past decade, Rob developed deep expertise in the areas of Customer Loyalty, Shopper Insights, and Advanced Analytics via hands-on experience with some of the world’s largest retailers and leading CPG companies. He has held positions with management consulting firms such as Kurt Salmon Associates where he was a Principal, as well as Andersen Consulting and AT Kearney. Rob holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Engineering and Economics from Brown University. Culin spent five years with dunnhumbyUSA as the Senior Vice President of Shopper Insights and Strategic Programs, supporting over 300 US manufacturer clients through shopper insights and targeted marketing. Culin also served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Products Industry and Collaborative Programs for IBM DemandTec, where he led the delivery of SaaS based trade optimization solutions between retailers and consumer products companies such as Target and Procter & Gamble.

Toler is the Chairman of Swift Communications, a leading digital marketing and newspaper publishing company based in Carson City, Nevada serving communities in 7 western US states. Prior to Swift Communications, he served as Vice President with The Procter & Gamble Company and General Manager for Oral Care Profession (Crest & Oral-B brands). Toler was involved in many of P&G’s largest acquisitions during his 29-year tenure with the company and helped pioneer P&G’s Customer Business Development approach, which has become the industry standard not only with CPGs but many other industries as well.

James Holliday, PhD

James Holliday, PhD is the Vice President of Data Science of Engage3. James has led Engage3’s data science innovations since 2014. He is a unique leader in how he superbly manages the balance between producing elegant and impactful solutions and driving impactful results.
Prior to Engage3, James served as the Chief Technology Officer of OpenHazards Group—a team of scientists and engineers who served as the leaders in earthquake forecasting and hazard analysis. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for XeraSys, Inc. while completing his postdoctoral research work with the University of California. James began his career working at the Wilson Laboratory of Nuclear Studies at Cornell University.

James serves as a Director of the Davis Makerspace, a diverse group of builders, makers, hackers, and programmers.

James earned his PhD in Physics from UC Davis, his M.S. in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and his B.S. in Physics from the University of Kansas.

Jin Kim, PhD

Jin Kim is the Chief Data Scientist and VP of Software at Esperanto Technologies and he has led multinational engineering and marketing teams at both established and startup companies, including GraphSQL, Wave Computing, Objectivity, Skytree, Tom Sawyer Software, Vitria Technology, Tactica, and Trimeter Technologies.

An executive, entrepreneur, and data scientist, Jin’s experience spans enterprise software products and services in AI, big data, and advanced analytics. Jin’s focus encompasses markets for machine learning and deep learning, data management, integration, analytics and visualization, and mobile and cloud computing. He was the evangelist and technologist behind more than 60 innovative products, from concept to revenue.

Jin earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and BS in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie-Mellon University.

Danny Bonilla

VP, Software Development

Danny Bonilla is our Director of Development, where he is responsible for the company’s software and platform development. Danny has been a part of Engage3’s development team since 2010 and was promoted to the Director role in 2015 as part of the company’s evolution from a B2C to a pure B2B company.
Prior to Engage3, Danny led development initiatives at companies like Warner Bros, Fox Home Entertainment, and other film studios. He also worked at Digital Savant and Vantage Media as a full stack engineer.

Danny graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Control Systems)

Alex Jaworski

Director, Business Transformation

Alex Jaworski is our Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering where she leads our product linking and category management teams as we build out our data assets and linking solutions. Alex has been promoted three times since joining Engage3 in 2015 across various roles including account and project management.
Alex has played a crucial role in creating and implementing operational processes that have allowed the company to scale with quality over the last several years of rapid company growth.

Alex’s prior experience includes running a ~$100M department with Blue Mountain Realty and supporting the build-out of Engage3’s network of auditors.

Alex has earned her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and previously held a California Real Estate License as well.

Ben Lister

Group VP, Operations

Ben Lister is our Director of Solutions Engineering, where he is responsible for operations, delivery, and program implementations. Ben has been promoted twice already since beginning with Engage3 in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager due to his ability to quickly and effectively design and implement solutions that improve the experience of our customers.
Ben brings significant retail experience to Engage3 through his 14 years with Home Depot in various roles, including General Manager.

In addition to his time with Home Depot, Ben previously served as a Strategic Account Manager for Future Electronics, the third largest global distributor of electronic components.

Ben studied Microbiology and Business Operations at California State University, Chico, where he also served as President and Captain of the Chico Men’s Lacrosse team.

Chris Hiner

Director, Business Development

Chris Hiner is our Director of Business Development, where he leads our Customer Success team and special initiatives including our new fuel pricing business.
Chris has been with the company since 2013 and began in a Database Consultant role before taking over the recruiting department as our Technical Recruiter and HR Lead. After helping build out the initial team, he then took a Business Development Manager role where he focused on building new customer relationships and partnerships and was promoted to his current role in 2017.

Chris began his career as a Business Development Associate for the company credited with inventing the retail price optimization industry, Khimetrics.

Chris studied Architecture at City College of San Francisco.

Matt Shadish, M.S.

VP, Research And Development

Matt Shadish serves as Engage3’s Director of Data Science & Analytics, where he leads R&D for Engage3’s most cutting-edge innovations. Matt has been promoted four times already since joining Engage3 in 2013. He has played a crucial role in developing the company’s infrastructure, products, and reporting capabilities over the last several years of explosive growth.
Matt is responsible for ensuring Engage3 is at the forefront of revolutionary AI/ML practices in retail as the company focuses on building highly scalable data science solutions

His prior experience includes working in industries such as manufacturing, aviation, and finance. Matt received his M.S. from the University of San Francisco and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.

Sahar Pirmoradian

Vice President of Data Science

Sahar Pirmoradian is the VP of Data Science, leading the Strategic Program Management of Price Image solutions. After joining Engage3 in 2018, Sahar has led the data science team to develop the novel metric of “Price Image”, measuring how shoppers respond to a retailer's pricing, and she has significantly accelerated the customer implementation process, advancing the number of customers by 10x in less than a year. Sahar has been promoted twice during her tenure at Engage3 due to her valued stewardship and enhancement of Price Image Management solutions and her passionate delivery of actionable recommendations to clients of all sizes.

Sahar was awarded her Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience at the International School of Advanced Studies, Italy, and pursued her Postdoctoral Training in Computational Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, UK. After moving to the United States and working at UC Davis as a researcher, Sahar made the jump to Engage3 in order to help revolutionize the retail industry by bringing human values into pricing.

Kayden is an experienced sales leader with nearly a decade of experience in SaaS. As a customer centric professional he takes pride in providing the best experience for customers possible. Leading the sales team means his highest priority is enabling the success of his team and customers.

Anna Kozerawski

Vice President of Customer Success

As VP of Customer Success at Engage3, Anna leads our EMEA team of industry-expert Programme Managers and Solution Architects. Prior to this role, Anna held different positions at Dexi; including enterprise sales & project management.

Anna brings 10 years of experience in various sectors, from SaaS fashion wholesale management to omnichannel retail marketing, to the team and has a keen interest in all things data.

Solution-driven, she’ll be helping to lead sophisticated Data-as-a-Service engagements, and to achieve customer satisfaction and retention across the board.

Anna studied International Business at the Sorbonne University in Paris.

Dean Bradley

Vice President of DevOps

As a senior technology leader with 20+ years of experience, Dean has been responsible for establishing a strong DevOps culture within the organisation and for the adoption of industry best practice in terms of cloud infrastructure architecture; continuous delivery and deployment; and 3rd-level support.

Dean has been with the company since 2018 and is based in our Copenhagen office.

Dean resides in Copenhagen's South Harbour and when weather permits indulges in a number of activities in and on the water. When the weather does not permit, Dean can be found on the hunt for obscure vinyl records.

Whitney Brown

Advisor

As an Advisor, Whitney's focus centers around the customer experience and the efficiency of the data and services provided by the Delivery functions. Passionate about creating team environments which motivate and support individuals, Whitney feels strongly about growing talent and leveling up team members- and holds firm on the idea that knowing the "why" helps connect employee's happiness with customer satisfaction.

Whitney's background sits squarely in the delivery of web-data, having owned delivery of SaaS platforms and DaaS contracts for the likes of Samsung, Unilever, Tesco, Lowes and others in the last 12 years.

Having grown in her professional career from a Data Analyst, through to Project Manager and subsequently owning Global Delivery functions in two roles, Whitney has seen all sides of professional services and feels this has enabled her to resonate with not only the customer's requirements, but also the business needs for efficiency and scale.

Alongside her professional passions, Whitney enjoys traveling at every opportunity- citing a love for new cultures and cuisines; she enjoys outside pursuits and has a close knit group of friends.
